Brand guidelines codify the identity, logo usage, colours, typography, voice, imagery, so everyone applies the brand consistently. They are what keep a brand coherent as a team, agencies, and partners create materials. Without them, a brand fragments as it scales.

What good looks like

Useful guidelines are clear, practical, and actually used, enough to ensure consistency without being so rigid they paralyse. A 100-page brand book nobody opens does less than a tight one-pager everyone follows.
